Paddy O Laoire is a US-based businessman who brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chairman of the Board. Born in Ireland, he has been a pioneer of telecommunications growth in Michigan and has led several companies to success over the last few decades. He is currently Chairman of Clear Rate Communications and his expertise in technology, finance and operations will help to drive the next phase of growth in The Meetings Hub.

James Moran is a former partner and former Managing Partner of ByrneWallace. In the early 1980s, he acted as In House Counsel with the former ICC Bank, plc. He subsequently specialized in the area of commercial and residential property development and planning law. In recent years, he has advised in the area of dispute resolution.

He is a CEDR qualified Mediator and has acted as a Mediator of commercial disputes and has advised parties involved in the mediation of disputes. James is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitor’s Bar Association and the Irish Commercial Mediator’s Association.

Nick Miller, Founder and President of Clarity Advantage Corporation, has consulted in bank sales and sales management for over 40 years. He specializes in enabling bank sales teams who sell to businesses, business owners and consumers. His consulting and coaching clients have included many of the largest banks and financial services companies in the United States and Canada as well as regional and community banks.

Nick is an expert in the design of sales conversations, employee development strategies, and performance support systems and has been published or quoted in a plethora of industry publications.

Gary Brown has extensive board experience, having served on the boards of Folk Wunderman Thompson (now part of VML global creative agency), Target McConnells (which he founded and chaired), Bord Bia and Bord na gCon. A marketing guru with over 35 years working with Irish and international brands and over 100 gold awards from Irish marketing institutions, Gary is one of Ireland’s foremost experts on advertising and marketing.

A graduate of the College of Marketing & Design, Gary is also a former professional soccer player and former Chairman of Shelbourne Football Club. He is an international speaker and writer and has presented at conferences in the US and across Europe.
